I believe in designing with, not just for, people. My approach blends research, iteration, and cross-functional collaboration to solve real-world challenges with clarity and care.

Whether I’m observing how a technician interacts with a cloud platform in an industrial setting, or working on services to improve the quality of life for dementia patients, I always start with listening. Not just to stakeholders, but to silence, to patterns, and to what’s not being said. I believe empathy isn't a buzzword — it's a lens, a tool, and sometimes, a quiet rebellion against rushed decisions.

how I work.

Design, for me, is never just about screens or pixels. It's about people: their needs, habits, frustrations, and sometimes even their dreams. Every project begins with a deep dive into context: Who are we designing for? What do they truly need? What’s holding them back?

From early discovery to final delivery, I co-create with teams and users, testing and refining until the solution feels just right. I care about the quiet kind of design, the kind that feels natural, removes friction, and simply works.
